血小板減少症:幼若血小板比率(IPF)(2)

幼若血小板比率(immature platelet fraction:IPF)は、現在では、特発性血小板減少性紫斑病(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura: ITP)や再生不良性貧血、肝硬変といった血小板減少性疾患の鑑別診断、化学療法や造血細胞移植後の血小板回復予測、血小板輸血適応の判断など、種々の病態・疾患において、IPF測定の有用性が報告されています。
